Integrity Line

Trans Adriatic Pipeline is committed to the highest ethical and professional standards and strives to foster an environment where everyone feels comfortable to speak up.

It is vital that TAP maintains an undisputed reputation and is considered a professional and reliable partner by its customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Considering the relevant whistleblowing legislation, TAP is making the Integrity Line - an independent whistleblowing channel – available to all. The Integrity Line enables TAP personnel and third parties to report breaches (behaviours, acts or omissions) in line with applicable legislation, as well as of TAP Code of Conduct and Model 231 Program. Details regarding the use and the functioning of the Integrity line, who can report breaches, what can be reported, how the reports are assessed and your rights are explained in the Guidelines' document below.

You can report in writing or verbally through the following means:

Subject to applicable law, TAP will keep all reports, including the identity of the reporter, confidential. Reports can be made anonymously, through the Integrity line, however, sufficient detail about the misconduct must be provided so that it may be appropriately assessed. In addition, TAP places a strong focus on establishing safe reporting channels and implementing measures to prevent retaliation.  This means that there is a zero tolerance of retaliation at TAP, and any retaliation against you or anyone who reports or cooperates in a disclosure or information process is expressly prohibited.
