Applying to become a registered party
Any entity that wishes to become a registered party is invited to follow the steps set out below and submit its application to Trans Adriatic Pipeline via the Registration Portal.

Initial Onboarding Form
The Initial Onboarding Form provides TAP with the basic identity of the party interested in registering, including name, registered address, and contact details. After the submission of this form via the Registration Portal, TAP will launch the Integrity Due Diligence (IDD) process by sending a questionnaire through a link to the IDD tool. The communication regarding the IDD process with the prospective shipper can also take place via the IDD tool.

Registration fee
To complete the registration process the applicant must pay a registration fee of €5,000.

Registration form
A completed and signed registration form must be submitted to TAP via the Registration Portal.

Supporting documents
Applicants wishing to become registered on the TAP Transportation System are requested to firstly send the online Initial Onboarding Form and then complete the Registration Form and submit a signed copy with any required supporting documentation. The following documents must be correctly completed and enclosed together with the registration form:
- confidentiality agreement
- a written confirmation of acceptance of the terms and conditions as stated in the TAP Gas Transportation Agreement by an authorised signatory.
- sanctions warranty compliance declaration
The application and all supporting documents must be submitted via the Registration Portal.

Communication test
If the application documents are deemed complete by TAP, TAP will engage with the applicant to arrange a communication test using Edig@s.
A registration confirmation will be sent by TAP to the applicants successfully registered to the TAP registry.
Registered parties will be qualified to participate in the auctions to book capacity.

Registration on PRISMA
To book capacity products with TAP registered parties must also register with the PRISMA platform.
