Contractual arrangement with shippers
The Gas Transportation Agreement (GTA) is the contract between Trans Adriatic Pipeline AG and a shipper for the transportation of gas of one or more capacity products.
1. The TAP Network Code (TNC)
The TAP Network Code governs the relationship between TAP and registered parties and is an integral part of each gas transportation agreement (GTA).
The code sets out the rules and procedures for the operation of the TAP transportation system. It includes the requirements for booking capacity and details the rights and obligations of TAP, registered parties and shippers for the booking and use of capacity products.
The TAP Network Code ensures TAP’s compliance with the relevant EU’s regulatory framework for transporting gas.

The GTCs include a number of schedules with specific terms that apply to the different capacity products, and a schedule with relevant provisions of the TAP Tariff Code.
