Demand Assessment Report (DAR) Publication – 26 February 2026

Today, TAP, Snam Rete Gas and DESFA are publishing the Demand Assessment Report, marking the end of the Demand Assessment Phase of the 2025 Market Test, launched on 7th July 2025. The DAR concludes that, based on the non-binding demand indications received, the TSOs will proceed to the next phase of the Incremental Capacity Process and will commence the Coordinated Design Phase, with an intention to publish the draft Project Proposal for Public Consultation as per the preliminary timeline included in the DAR.
TAP, SRG and DESFA joint updates on the 2025 Market Test - 22 December 2025
TAP, SRG and DESFA have launched the 2025 Market Test in July 2025, in line with the CAM NC timeline. The TSOs are hereby jointly informing the market that the 2025 Market Test is still ongoing and the TSOs open a Revision Window for the Non-Binding Phase of the 2025 Market Test between 22^nd December 2025 and 16^th of January 2026 to allow all interested parties to revise their Non-Binding Demand Indications submitted between July and September 2025 during the Demand Assessment Phase of the 2025 Market Test. The deadline also applies to any other parties who wish to submit Non-Binding Demand Indications under this Market Test, so that inclusion in the Demand Assessment Report remains possible.
The revision of the Non-Binding Demand Indication must be performed through the submission of an individual Revision Form to the relevant TSO to the indicated email address, as follows:
- DESFA Revision Form sent to market-test@desfa.gr
- SRG Revision Form sent to commerciale@pec.snam.it
- TAP Revision Form sent to market.test@tap-ag.com
The submission of a new Non-Binding Demand Indication to the relevant TSOs must be made according to the procedural details indicated on the websites of each TSO, as follows:

- TAP Non-Binding Phase Notice
- SRG website
The above revisions and/or new submissions of the Non-Binding Demand Indications will be included by the TSOs in the common Demand Assessment Report for the 2025 Incremental Capacity Process.
Joint statement by TAP, SRG and DESFA - 7 July 2025

Today, TAP, SRG and DESFA are opening a new incremental capacity process, in line with CAM NC and the Guidelines for the 2025 Market Test of TAP AG (CAM NC https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:32017R0459, Guidelines for the 2025 Market Test).
Please note that this new incremental process is separate from the Binding Phase of the 2023 Market Test, which TAP, SRG and DESFA intend to perform in the fourth quarter of 2025, upon the approval of the Project Proposal for the Binding Phase by the Italian, Greek and Albanian NRAs ¹.
We hereby invite all Interested Parties to submit Non-Binding Demand Indications by 1st September 2025.
The Demand Assessment Report of TAP, SRG and DESFA for this 2025 incremental process is intended to be published after the end of the Binding Phase of the 2023 Market Test. Therefore, Interested Parties will be given the opportunity to revise their Non-Binding Demand Indications submitted to TAP, SRG and DESFA for Interconnection Points offered in the Binding Phase of the 2023 Market Test. The precise deadline for revision of Non-Binding Interest will be communicated to the Interested Parties when the outcome of that Binding Phase is known and will be at least two weeks after the time of notification.
TAP, in coordination with SRG and DESFA, will keep updating all relevant information on their websites in the coming months.

¹ This Project Proposal has yet to be submitted to the NRAs for approval (indicatively by July 2025, with the aim of opening the Binding Bidding Phase in December 2025).
