TAP has an integrated QHSE Management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, to streamline processes and reduce duplication of efforts, leading to greater efficiency and improved performance of the QHSE Management System. The scope of the certification covers Corporate Services, Commercial Services, Gas transportation (metering and dispatching) and Maintenance and Asset Integrity Activities.
To enhance efficiency, TAP employs a process-based approach to streamline workflows and optimise operations. This approach enables the organization to adapt quickly to changes, identify and manage risks at each stage of a process, and minimize the impact of potential disruptions, ensuring continuity of operations.
To ensure that TAP remains on course to achieve its operational business objectives, the QHSE Management System’s performance is assessed against annual goals to identify opportunities for improvement, while establishing and regularly scrutinising key performance indicators (KPIs).
QHSE audits are a crucial tool for TAP to evaluate its compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal procedures. By applying an effective QHSE audit plan, TAP identifies areas where processes can be improved, leading to greater efficiency and reduced waste.
