Bradshaw was appointed Managing Director of TAP in February 2015. Ian’s career spans 34 years of technical and commercial experience in the global oil and gas industry in both project and corporate roles. Ian previously worked for the BG Group where he held various senior executive positions, including Senior Vice President for capital projects, and prior to that spent 24 years with Shell in both technical and commercial management roles. Ian holds an Engineering Science degree from Durham University. In 2008, Ian completed the Senior Executive Programme at Columbia University in New York.
Commercial and External Affairs Director
Ulrike Andres was appointed Commercial and External Affairs Director of TAP in September 2016. Ulrike joined TAP from the Transalpine Pipeline Group – Europe’s largest pipeline company transporting crude oil from Trieste to eight central European refineries – where she was President and Chief Executive Officer for over five years. Prior to this, Ulrike held a multitude of senior positions working for Shell, SHV Holdings and Primagaz Austria amongst others. Ulrike was President of the European LPG Association between 2009 and 2011.
Human Resources Director
Jonathan joined TAP as Human Resources Director in January 2016. Jonathan previously worked for BG Group where he held the position of Human Resources Director for Europe Central Asia and Africa Middle East and Asia Regions as well as Human Resources responsibility for Global Finance. Prior to this, Jonathan held a number of senior strategic and operational human resources positions across diverse sectors and industries including financial services, hospitality, retail, media and energy. Jonathan is a qualified human resources professional with over 25 years experience. He holds a business studies honours degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
John Haynes was appointed Project Director of TAP in January 2017. John joins TAP from BP with more than 25 years of international experience as major project leader. He held several executive management roles including in the USA, Abu Dhabi and Azerbaijan. During his last assignment in Azerbaijan, John was Project General Manager, leading the delivery of Shah Deniz 2 onshore gas processing facilities up to handover to operations. John holds a First Class Bachelor of Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering & Mathematics.
Martin Mair was appointed Operations Director in January 2015 and joined TAP from the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). Martin is a qualified operations professional with over 23 years of experience in major CAPEX green field development and delivery. Martin has extensive operational management experience gained in various locations worldwide. Martin holds a degree in Business Management from the Robert Gordon University.
Guy Oxnard joined TAP in 2008 shortly after the TAP joint venture was formed and he has been a member of the executive management team and General Counsel since January 2014 when the position was created. Guy is qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in Western Australia and his 24 year legal career includes positions with Apache Corporation in the upstream oil & gas business and international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Guy worked in the transportation industry with Qantas, Panalpina, Teekay Shipping, Matson and APL.
Chief Financial Officer
Gunnar Walter joined TAP in January 2014 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in August 2015. Gunnar has over 13 years of experience in the development of gas infrastructure projects in both project and corporate roles. He previously worked for the pipeline project Nord Stream and E.ON Ruhrgas where he held various senior management positions. Gunnar is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a PhD in business administration and a degree in industrial engineering and management from Technische Universität Berlin.
