Authorization for the construction and operation of natural gas pipelines belonging to the Italian RNG, pursuant to article 52-quinquies of Italian Presidential Decree No. 327 of 8 June 2001, as subsequently amended by the Italian Legislative Decree No. 330 of 27 December 2004.
