Internship Programme

Aiming to ensure young professionals succeed beyond university auditoriums, TAP is running an internship programme in Albania. During a period of six months, a small group of talented students (recent graduates) have the opportunity to work in the project’s key departments and receive coaching from leading experts in the energy industry. The first two rounds of TAP’s Internship Programme were successfully concluded, while the third round (April-September 2018) is under way.

The interns work within various TAP departments: finance; pipeline delivery; Health, Safety and Environment (HSE); stakeholder coordination; land easement, acquisition, and management; contracts and procurement; communications and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Interns are involved in actual project work matching their interests and abilities.

€75,000 investment

The first two rounds of the programme showed that internships are acting more and more as a stepping stone towards entry-level employment.

TAP aims to identify, attract and possibly retain the best candidates, and help them develop their careers. The programme is part of the company's legacy in Albania. TAP is committed to enhancing the knowledge of young professionals, therefore supporting local human resources in Albania’s rapidly developing energy sector.

The programme is endorsed by several leading universities in Albania.
