TAP to Launch Invitation to Tender for the Purchase of Gas to be used during the Operations Phase
By 22 June 2020, TAP intends to publish on its corporate website an Invitation to Tender (ITT) outline for the purchase of gas required for operational activities, including the fuelling of the compressor stations. This tender is carried out in preparation for the start of the commercial operations phase, scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2020.

Road Health & Safety Awareness Programme
Road traffic continues to be one of the main safety issues in Albania. In 2016, 269 people lost their lives in road accidents. In response to this situation, TAP initiated an education and awareness programme focused on the students and communities along the pipeline route.

The Trans Adriatic Pipeline operates a natural gas transportation infrastructure system from the Greek border with Türkiye to Southern Italy, enabling interested parties to market gas to several European countries. TAP is the European segment of the Southern Gas Corridor (SGC), connecting Caspian natural gas resources in the Caspian region with European markets.
TAP Rehabilitates the Water Supply System in Mbrostar, Albania
The Trans Adriatic Pipeline completed the reconstruction of the Mbrostar water supply system in the Municipality of Fier. The new water supply system – an investment amounting to approximately €556,500 – now serves more than 10,000 residents in six villages in this region.
