Note on the Fishermen Coopeartive

With regard to the recent comments made by the Fishermen Cooperative “Il Delfino”, TAP wishes to clarify that the Company has always sought a positive dialogue with the Cooperative and reiterates its willingness to compensate the damage caused by surveys at sea. Today TAP sent a letter of formal response to the claim of the Cooperative, and the same letter was anticipated to the Cooperative by e-mail.
