Further to the Financial Times article published on 8 August 2011, TAP confirms it has extended the pipeline route by 300 km from Thessaloniki to Komotini in Greece.

Equipment to Fight Wildfires
TAP delivered 600 backpack fire extinguishers and 100 fire-retardant uniforms to the Albanian authorities. This equipment enables firefighters to be more efficient when fighting wildfires, as well as reduce the risks of heat exposure. Emergency services across Albania received this equipment in August and September 2017.
TAP supports 1st Human Milk Bank in Northern Greece
In collaboration with the NGO Ilitominon, a significant donation has been finalised to the Hippokration General Hospital in Thessaloniki – the first hospital in Northern Greece to establish a Human Milk Bank, which is crucial for the well-being of premature or critically ill infants, while also supporting mothers who are having difficulties with breastfeeding.

TAP Provides €200,000 for Kindergarten in Albania
On 13 December 2018, representatives of TAP and the Albanian authorities inaugurated a kindergarten in the Pashalli village, an investment amounting to 200,000 Euro. The kindergarten was completely rebuilt in the framework of TAP’s Social and Environmental Investment (SEI) programme.
