As a key part of the Southern Gas Corridor, the Trans Adriatic Pipeline is strategically important to Europe and essential in providing reliable access to a new source of natural gas, while supporting the EU’s energy transition objectives.

Over 25,000 Students Attended TAP’s Road Safety Seminars

Greece. The Road Safety Seminars programme, an initiative sponsored by the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP AG) since May 2016, has been successfully concluded. The seminars were delivered by 36 competent instructors and were overall attended by more than 25,000 children and teenagers and 56 educators from 142 elementary schools and 60 high-schools in 66 and 31 communities, respectively.

TAP Commits €1,5 million to Support Health Services in Greece, Albania and Italy

At TAP, health and safety come first. It is also our commitment to contribute to improving the livelihoods and quality of life of communities along TAP’s route, across our three host countries. To that effect, TAP will provide a total of 1.5 million euros to support the fight of the health services in Greece, Albania and Italy against the COVID-19 pandemic.
