TAP Italy Q&A re: Olive Tree Removal

To avoid any impact on the San Foca beach, TAP is building a 1.5km micro-tunnel. This state-of-the-art engineering minimises environmental impact and renders the pipeline invisible. At the end of 2016, TAP completed the first phase of road infrastructure rehabilitation in Albania, comprising the upgrade of approximately 58km of access roads, construction of two new bridges and refurbishment of 40 bridges. Snam S.p.A. to join TAP shareholding, acquiring 20% stake in the project from Statoil

TAP is pleased to announce that Snam S.p.A. (Snam) will shortly join TAP’s shareholding by acquiring a 20% stake in the project from Statoil. The transaction is expected to close by end 2015. Following closing, TAP’s shareholding will be comprised of BP (20%), SOCAR (20%), Snam S.p.A. (20%), Fluxys (19%), Enagás (16%) and Axpo (5%).
