TAP Delivers Fire Extinguishers and Fire-retardant Uniforms to the Albanian Authorities

In a ceremony organised on 29 August 2017 at the Ministry of Interior, TAP delivered 600 personal backpack fire extinguishers and 100 fire-retardant uniforms to the Albanian authorities. This equipment will enable emergency services to cope with wildfire situations across the country. In a second stage, will provide fire engines and ambulances which can access mountainous areas.

The Second Round of TAP Internships Starts in Albania

TAP has selected seven students to take part in the second round of the company’s internship programme in Albania. Between July and December 2017, the interns will have hands-on exposure to the project’s key departments and receive coaching by leading local and international experts in the energy industry. Albanian Parliament ratifies Intergovernmental Agreement on the Trans Adriatic Pipeline

On March 25, 2013 the Albanian Parliament unanimously ratified the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Albania, Italy and Greece on the construction and operation of the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) project. Signed in Athens on February 13, 2013, the tri-lateral IGA confirmed the three host countries’ support for TAP and their cooperation for the project’s timely implementation.
