Over 87% of Trans Adriatic Pipeline Complete Three Years after Construction Start

A major archaeological discovery made during TAP offshore construction is now on display in Athens through “Greece and the Routes to the West. The Shipwreck in the Otranto Strait (Italy)” exhibition at the Byzantine and Christian Museum. The exhibition runs from 16 June to 15 September 2026.
StatoilHydro Joins EGL in Trans Adriatic Pipeline Gas Project
StatoilHydro ASA and Swiss EGL Group will today sign an agreement to establish an equally-owned joint venture to develop, build and operate the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP). The pipeline will open a new corridor and market outlet for natural gas from the Caspian Sea and Middle East regions into Europe.
